  • Withdraw consent for consent-based processing at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email support@sellyourshelf.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies and tracking

We use localStorage to store a session identifier for analytics purposes. This helps us understand how visitors use the site (e.g. which listings are viewed, whether visitors return). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

9. Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted database connections, and secure authentication. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.

10. International transfers

Your data is primarily stored in the EU (Supabase, eu-west-2). Some processors (Stripe, Vercel, Expo) may transfer data outside the UK/EU under appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. Children

Our service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
